What is the admission procedure?

The school demands high standards in ideals and attainments. The academic year begins in April and ends in March.

No admission is confirmed unless Leaving Certificate from the last recognized school is produced.

In the case of students coming from school outside Gujarat State, School Leaving Certificate and Report Card is sent for countersign by the Regional Office of CBSE.

On submitting the admission form the students are take interaction session after 2 days. Admission will be confirmed based on the performance in the interaction session. The Principal reserves the right to refuse an application for admission stating valid reasons.

2) What curriculum will the school follow?

A: BVB’S GIPCL Academy follows CBSE curriculum

3) How many terms will the school have?

A: We will have only two terms as per CBSE

4) What will be the school timings?

A: School timings will be: 7:45 am to 02:00 pm

5) Will the school authorities be taking adequate measures to ensure hygiene in the school?

A: BVB’S GIPCL Academy maintains a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene. There are regular checks and monitoring by the school administration as well as the principal of the school.

6) What is the kind of security offered to the students?

A: The school has installed CCTV Cameras. Students are always accompanied by teachers or the class monitors when they are moving from one block to the other.

7) How often will there be PTM’s?

A: Before &After each assessment.

8) Other than a PTM, when can a parent interact with the teacher?

A: BVB’S GIPCL Academy considers parents as partners in the education process and parents are free to meet teachers, with prior appointment, as and when necessary.

9) How many students will be there per division?

A: We strive to maintain 30-40 Students in each division.
