Yoga & Meditation:

Sessions of Yoga and Meditation started for the students and teachers for their Holistic development.Yoga and meditation can enhance the power and functioning of the mind and body, which help the students and teachers to come out of the stress, anxiety. and to improve the mental health.

The International Yoga Day and Fitness Training Programme are the part of our school curriculum to encourage the students, teachers and parents to live a healthy life style.

Depression, behavioural problem, irritation etc are some of the problems reported in students with high academic stress. So, we have adopted the Heartfulness techniques to help the students to improve their mental health through practicing relaxation& meditation on daily basis.
